Chargeback & Dispute Policy

📄 Amplified Labs — Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Effective Date: 09/18/2026

Amplified Labs is operated by Empower Group Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We maintain transaction, verification, fulfillment, and delivery records to help prevent fraud, protect customers from unauthorized transactions, and respond accurately to payment disputes.

By completing a purchase through Amplified Labs, customers acknowledge this Chargeback & Dispute Policy together with our Terms & Conditions, Returns & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any dispute, billing-error, fraud-reporting, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law, card-network rules, or the terms of the customer’s financial institution.

1. Return & Resolution Policy

Amplified Labs may accept returns and issue refunds under the conditions described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

To qualify for a standard return and refund:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The product must not have been reconstituted, damaged, tampered with, altered, or otherwise compromised.
  • The return request must be initiated within three (3) days of confirmed delivery.
  • The return must be authorized by Amplified Labs before the product is sent back.

If approved, Amplified Labs may provide a prepaid return label. An approved refund will generally be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged, defective, incorrect-item, or delivery-related concerns should be reported within the timeframes stated in our Returns & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Contacting Amplified Labs Before Filing a Dispute

We strongly encourage customers to contact Amplified Labs at info@amplifiedlabstb.com before initiating a payment dispute whenever the issue can reasonably be resolved directly with us.

Our support team can review concerns involving:

  • Shipping or delivery issues
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items
  • Missing packages
  • Order discrepancies
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges
  • Refund status
  • Payment-related questions

A direct inquiry often allows us to investigate and resolve an issue more quickly than a formal dispute. Customers are asked to make a good-faith effort to communicate with Amplified Labs when appropriate.

This request does not prevent a customer from exercising any right to contact their bank, card issuer, financial institution, or payment provider where permitted by law or applicable payment-network rules.

If a payment dispute is filed, Empower Group Holdings LLC may formally respond with relevant transaction and fulfillment documentation.

3. Identity, Age & Transaction Verification

To maintain secure order-processing standards and help reduce unauthorized transactions, fraud, payment disputes, and misuse of payment methods, Amplified Labs may require identity and age verification before an order is processed or shipped.

We may use approved third-party providers for:

  • Identity verification
  • Age verification
  • Address verification
  • Payment processing
  • Fraud screening
  • Transaction-risk review

Verification requirements may apply regardless of payment method and may include orders paid through:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • ACH or electronic bank payments
  • Electronic checks
  • Approved digital-payment services
  • Cryptocurrency
  • Other approved payment methods

Certain transactions may be subject to additional review based on order value, billing or shipping discrepancies, address information, transaction-risk indicators, or other fraud-prevention considerations.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if required verification cannot be successfully completed.

4. Dispute Response Policy

Empower Group Holdings LLC may review and respond to payment disputes involving:

  • Credit card transactions
  • Debit card transactions
  • Bank-payment disputes
  • ACH reversals
  • Unauthorized-transaction claims
  • Item-not-received claims
  • Product or fulfillment disputes
  • Duplicate-payment claims
  • Other payment reversals where applicable

For each dispute, we may compile and submit relevant documentation including:

  • Order details
  • Checkout records
  • Payment authorization or confirmation records
  • Identity and age verification results
  • Billing and shipping information
  • Fraud-screening or transaction-review records
  • Shipping and tracking records
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Carrier delivery photographs, GPS data, signatures, or timestamps where available
  • Customer communications
  • Return or refund records
  • Applicable policy acknowledgments

When appropriate, a dispute may be formally contested using records that support transaction authorization, fulfillment, delivery, customer communication, or acceptance of applicable policies.

5. Transaction Records & Documentation

To support transaction security, order fulfillment, customer service, and dispute resolution, Amplified Labs may maintain records relating to purchases, including:

  • Order confirmations
  • Billing and shipping information
  • Customer account information
  • Checkout acknowledgments
  • Identity and age verification results
  • Payment authorization or payment confirmation records
  • Transaction-risk and fraud-screening results
  • USPS, UPS, or other carrier tracking records
  • Delivery confirmation scans
  • Carrier delivery photographs when available
  • Carrier GPS, signature, or timestamp information when available
  • Email and customer-support communications
  • Refund, replacement, or return records

Subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy, relevant records may be provided to issuing banks, acquiring banks, payment processors, card networks, financial institutions, fraud-prevention providers, carriers, or dispute-resolution services when reasonably necessary to investigate or respond to a claim.

6. “Item Not Received” Claims

If a customer reports that an order was not received, Amplified Labs may review and provide:

  • Carrier tracking history
  • Delivery confirmation records
  • Carrier delivery photographs
  • Carrier GPS information or timestamps when available
  • Signature records where applicable
  • The shipping address supplied with the order
  • Customer communications regarding delivery

Packages Lost in Transit

If tracking does not show confirmed delivery and the shipment appears to have been lost by the carrier, the matter will be handled according to our Shipping Policy and the circumstances of the carrier investigation.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows confirmed delivery but the customer cannot locate the package, the customer should promptly contact the carrier and notify Amplified Labs within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery confirmation.

A carrier delivery scan, GPS record, delivery photograph, signature, or other carrier documentation may be used as evidence when evaluating or responding to an item-not-received claim.

Theft After Confirmed Delivery

Empower Group Holdings LLC is generally not responsible for theft or disappearance that occurs after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Unauthorized Transaction or Fraud Claims

Amplified Labs uses identity, age, payment, address, and fraud-prevention controls to help reduce unauthorized transactions.

A customer’s successful completion of identity or age verification may provide evidence regarding the identity associated with an order, but identity verification alone does not conclusively establish payment authorization.

When responding to an unauthorized-transaction or fraud claim, Empower Group Holdings LLC may submit relevant evidence including:

  • Identity and age verification results
  • Checkout verification records
  • Payment authorization or confirmation records
  • Billing and shipping information
  • Address-verification results
  • Transaction-risk or fraud-screening results
  • Order history and customer account activity
  • Customer communications
  • Policy acknowledgments
  • Shipping and delivery records

Where the available records support that a transaction was authorized and properly fulfilled, Empower Group Holdings LLC may formally contest the dispute.

Nothing in this section prevents a cardholder or account holder from reporting a transaction they genuinely believe was unauthorized.

8. Refused Delivery, Undeliverable Packages & Return to Sender

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or becomes undeliverable because of circumstances including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
  • Failure to sign for the shipment
  • Failure to retrieve a package from the carrier or pickup location
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Carrier inability to access the delivery location

the order will be handled according to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

Depending on the circumstances:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to re-shipment
  • Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where the service was already provided
  • The returned product may need to pass inspection before a refund or re-shipment is approved
  • An order returned because of customer-provided address information or failure to accept delivery may not qualify for a full refund

9. Fraudulent or Abusive Disputes

Customers have the right to raise legitimate concerns and exercise applicable payment-dispute rights. Amplified Labs will not treat a good-faith dispute as fraudulent merely because the Company disagrees with it.

However, knowingly false statements, fabricated non-delivery claims, intentional misuse of another person’s payment information, deliberate attempts to obtain both merchandise and a payment reversal, or other knowingly fraudulent conduct may result in appropriate action.

Where supported by the facts and permitted by law, such action may include:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Refusal of future service
  • Formal contesting of the payment dispute
  • Submission of relevant records to payment processors, banks, card networks, or fraud-prevention providers
  • Collection efforts for amounts legally owed
  • Legal action where appropriate

10. Legal Remedies & Recovery of Costs

Empower Group Holdings LLC reserves the right to pursue remedies available under applicable law when there is sufficient evidence of a knowingly fraudulent or intentionally false payment dispute.

To the extent legally permitted and actually recoverable, such remedies may include:

  • Amounts lawfully owed for merchandise or services
  • Reasonable attorneys’ fees where authorized by contract or law
  • Court costs where recoverable
  • Collection costs where legally permitted
  • Other damages or remedies available under applicable law

The Company does not impose a fee merely because a customer exercises a legitimate legal or payment-network dispute right.

11. Agreement at Checkout

By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges that:

  • They are at least 21 years of age.
  • Products are sold strictly for lawful laboratory, analytical, and research purposes only.
  • Products are not for human or animal consumption or administration.
  • They have had the opportunity to review the Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Chargeback & Dispute Policy.
  • They are encouraged to contact Amplified Labs in good faith regarding an order concern before filing a payment dispute when appropriate.
  • Identity, age, address, payment, and fraud-prevention verification may be required before processing or shipment.
  • Checkout acknowledgments, verification results, payment records, communications, fulfillment records, and delivery information may be retained as part of the transaction record subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
  • Knowingly false or fraudulent payment disputes may be formally challenged and may result in other remedies permitted by law.

12. Checkout Acknowledgment Language

Customers may be required to confirm an acknowledgment substantially similar to the following at checkout:

I confirm that I have read and agree to the Chargeback & Dispute Policy. I understand that identity, age, payment, address, fraud-prevention, and transaction-security verification may be required before my order is processed or shipped. I am encouraged to contact Amplified Labs regarding an order concern so the Company has an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter when appropriate.

13. Relationship to Other Amplified Labs Policies

This Chargeback & Dispute Policy should be read together with the Amplified Labs:

  • Terms & Conditions
  • Returns & Refund Policy
  • Shipping Policy
  • Privacy Policy

The applicable return, shipping, cancellation, and fulfillment rules contained in those policies may be used when evaluating or responding to a transaction dispute.
