Peptide Blend Calculator
Calculate each component’s concentration in mg/mL from its labelled mass and one shared final solution volume. Optionally enter an aliquot volume to see the mass of each component it contains, plus the blend total. Select a listed blend or enter 2–6 custom components.
All Amplified Labs products are supplied for laboratory research only and are not for human or animal use. This calculator performs arithmetic on the values you enter and does not provide handling, preparation or use guidance.
Use this calculator when all components are in one final solution volume. It does not calculate the result of combining separate stock solutions, and it does not show that the components are compatible.

Results are rounded for display, so small rounding differences can appear between mg, mcg, mL and microlitre values.
Selected blend and lot documentation
Blend not listed, or working from a label that differs from the preset? Choose custom entry and add each component’s labelled mass in mg. The total is calculated from the components you enter.
Open the selected listing to review the blend’s listed components and any lot documentation available for it. Where a certificate of analysis is available, it applies only to the lot or lots it identifies. Compare the lot on your label with the document, and contact us if you need documentation for a matching lot.
Contact us about a lotHow to use the blend calculator
- Select a listed blend option, or choose custom entry and set up 2–6 component rows.
- Enter each component’s labelled mass in mg in its own row, not the blend total, and check each value against your label.
- Enter the final solution volume in mL and, optionally, an aliquot volume in mL.
- Calculate, then read each component’s mg/mL and aliquot mass alongside the summed total.
How the calculation works
- Total labelled mass (mg) = sum of component masses (mg)
- Component concentration (mg/mL) = component mass (mg) ÷ final solution volume (mL)
- Total concentration (mg/mL) = total labelled mass (mg) ÷ final solution volume (mL)
- Component mass in aliquot (mg) = aliquot volume (mL) × component concentration (mg/mL)
Reading blend ratios
Ratios on this page compare labelled masses. Every component shares the same final volume, so component concentrations keep the same ratio as the masses. GLOW is 1:1:5 by mass in the order BPC-157 : TB-500 : GHK-Cu. KLOW is 1:1:5:1 in the order BPC-157 : TB-500 : GHK-Cu : KPV. These are mass ratios only and make no claim about molecular or molar ratios.
Worked example: GLOW 70 mg
The values below are illustrative arithmetic for one listed formulation. The 2 mL volume and 0.1 mL aliquot are entered examples, not preparation recommendations.
| Component | Labelled mass | Concentration | In a 0.1 mL aliquot |
|---|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 10 mg | 5 mg/mL | 0.5 mg / 500 mcg |
| TB-500 | 10 mg | 5 mg/mL | 0.5 mg / 500 mcg |
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg | 25 mg/mL | 2.5 mg / 2,500 mcg |
| Total | 70 mg | 35 mg/mL | 3.5 mg / 3,500 mcg |
GLOW 70 mg = BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg + GHK-Cu 50 mg. A user-entered final volume of 2 mL gives 5, 5 and 25 mg/mL (35 mg/mL total). A user-entered 0.1 mL aliquot contains 0.5, 0.5 and 2.5 mg, totalling 3.5 mg.
Blend compositions on this site
Each blend name and strength refers to a total labelled mass made up of the listed component masses. The table compares GLOW 70 mg and KLOW 80 mg by composition only.
| Component | GLOW 70 mg | KLOW 80 mg |
|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 10 mg | 10 mg |
| TB-500 | 10 mg | 10 mg |
| GHK-Cu | 50 mg | 50 mg |
| KPV | Not included | 10 mg |
| Total | 70 mg | 80 mg |
What the results represent
Results use the nominal component masses you enter and assume each component is evenly distributed in one shared final volume. The calculator does not measure the solution or apply purity or net-content corrections. The arithmetic does not show that the components are compatible or stable together, and it is not handling guidance.

Does GLOW 70 mg mean 70 mg of each component?
No. 70 mg is the total labelled mass: BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg + GHK-Cu 50 mg. Enter each component’s own mass once. Entering the total in every row would overstate every component concentration.
Can the calculator split a blend if I only know the total mass?
No. A total alone cannot show how the mass is divided between components, and you should not assume equal shares. Enter the individual masses from the label or a supplied formulation. Without them, per-component results cannot be calculated.
Can I use it for compounds kept in separate vials?
Not for combining separate stock solutions. This model divides every component’s mass by the same final volume, so it describes a single shared solution. Separate vials, each with its own volume, require a different calculation. For a single substance, use the reconstitution calculator.
Does a larger final volume change the ratio between components?
In the arithmetic, no. A larger final volume lowers every component’s concentration by the same factor, so the mass ratio stays the same. The calculation says nothing about stability.
Which Wolverine strength should I select?
Select the strength printed on your label. On these listings, Wolverine 10 mg is TB-500 5 mg + BPC-157 5 mg, and Wolverine 20 mg is TB-500 10 mg + BPC-157 10 mg. Each strength is the total mass, and both are 1:1.
Do the presets and certificates of analysis match my vial?
Check the name and each component mass against your label; formulations vary. These presets use CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin 5 + 5 mg and Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin 10 + 3 mg. Use custom entry when different. Match the certificate’s identified lot to your vial.
Working with a single peptide?
Use the peptide reconstitution calculator to find mg/mL and mcg/mL concentration and the volume corresponding to an aliquot mass.
Already know your stock concentration? Use the Serial Dilution Calculator to plan an equal-factor dilution series or a single working dilution.
